We have been involved in high level horse sport for 40 years, and market leaders in the equine  recruitment industry for 9 years.

SGI services are used by the top professional stables around the world, primarily in the sport of Show Jumping, also in Dressage, Eventing and Breeding stables. 

Our clients list is like a who's who of the equine world.

But we are best known and most widely used because we like to do things quietly and without fuss, we rarely use names so our most prestigious clients feel secure and protected by anonymity.

As a groom you should know that we speak from the heart when we say we care about you, we love to help Grooms and improve their lives, their welfare and happiness is all part of our mission. 

As a veteran International 5* Show Groom, the director Alison McIvor is absolutely experienced in all aspects of grooming and travelling Olympic level horses worldwide. 

Her knowledge of the sport, and personal insight make her the ideal person to ask for advice, help and support. 

Since founding this company in 2013 she has put all her energy into helping the best riders find the best grooms, riders, managers and more.

With that in mind we have just launched a bespoke headhunting service to help those elite riders who want to be the best, who want an absolutely special service and to be number one.

We can find riders for young horses all the way through to Olympic level. 

We can supply you with an emergency groom, we can find Freelance grooms for shows and tours.

We also provide a student training scheme, where you can hire on assistants to work under your head groom.

We are here to help you, and with 40 years in the business, you are in the best hands.
